I would like to nominate Maritza Agüero, from Peru, for the position of NomCom
 Delegate.

 Maritza is an outstanding professional and a very influential academic in her field.
 country. She is a lawyer by profession, university professor and lecturer,

 in the world of Internet Governance at a regional and global level.

 By way of professional experience, Maritza has two Master's degrees and has
