 Esta es una solicitud formal para incluir en la agenda de la reunión de mañana por la noche la cuestión de las relaciones de IANA/PIR con los cinco RIR.

 (a) ¿Cuál es la autoridad de IANA/PIR sobre la asignación de bloques de direcciones IP por parte de los RIR?

 Leyendo entre líneas de informes recientes (me corregiré):

 (b) una sola dirección IPv4 vale hoy 50 dólares estadounidenses. ¿Quién creó este activo en primer lugar? (¿No se suponía que IPv6 resolvería ese problema?)

 (c) qué garantías existen para que los bloques RIR IPv4 asignados a los ISP locales se mantengan efectivamente disponibles, exclusivamente, para uso de los usuarios y proveedores de servicios presentes y futuros EN EL ÁREA ASIGNADA AL RIR CORRESPONDIENTE.
 De lo contrario, la ICANN tendrá que lidiar con un 'mercado gris' extraterritorial de direcciones IPv4. Un punto que no habrá pasado desapercibido para los participantes en el próximo IGF.

 Agradecería, aunque sea con poca antelación, que se pudiera invitar a un representante operativo de IANA/PIR a unirse al CPWG de mañana por la noche.
