Buenas tardes,

Deseo apoyar la candidatura de Humberto Carrasco para ocupar el cargo de
ALAC MEMBER.

Humberto ha demostrado su gran capacidad de trabajo en diversos cargos
como: Secretario y Presidente de LACRALO, Presidente de la Asamblea General
realizada en la reciente reunión ICANN 76 y actualmente es miembro del
grupo AASC ALAC Appointment Selection Committee.

Invito a otros colegas a reflexionar sobre la gran importancia de contar
con miembros de ALAC con una amplia trayectoria en diversos cargos y
actividades en LACRALO. En este sentido y dada su trayectoria, Humberto es
el mejor candidato para llevar la voz de nuestra región de América Latina y
el Caribe a los debates y actividades de ALAC.
