Colegas,

anexo el programa del simposio sobre DNS de ICANN que se llevará a cabo en
Bruselas en un par de semanas. Sería deseable que nuestros líderes y
representantes nos presenten un mapa de cómo se refleja cada una de las
sesiones en los temas de interés de la región y las acciones que deberíamos
emprender para mantenernos al día. En particular podrían ser de importancia
los temas relacionados con la centralización (o no) de la operación del
DNS, ya que puede ser manipulada para convertirla en una acusación mal
intencionada dirigida por algunos gobiernos y grupos políticos, y, con
muchas reservas, las iniciativas relacionadas con blockchains, que pueden
dar lugar a otras formas de centralización adversas a la salud del DNS.
Aparte, por supuesto, hay que atender los temas de internacionalización.
Noten que Aceptación Universal no figura de manera prominente. ¿Por qué?

Copio el texto del programa ya que el correo no dejará pasar el attachment
