[lac-discuss-es] [lac-discuss-en] EOI to serve on the LAC Strategic Council

Four responses were received. Unfortunately for personal reasons, I
subsequently withdrew, and informed the Chair.

The two persons selected to represent LACRALO on the LAC Strategic Council
are Hanna Frank and Sergio Salinas Porto.

Please be guided accordingly and give them your full support.
