Estimados amigos y colegas,
lamentablemente he encontrado un obstáculo a mi nominación para el NomCom
por el cual me veo obligado a declinar esta nominación.
Participo en un comité técnico de ICANN llamado RSTEP, disponible para
evaluaciones de ciertos aspectos técnicos de algunas propuestas de TLDs.
Esta función recibe una remuneración nominal, lo cual da lugar a que se me
considere como contratado por ICANN para esta función, situación
incompatible con las condiciones del NomCom.
Lamento no haber identificado oportunamente este obstáculo.
