Hi everyone,

Summary: if you are interested in volunteering in the BPF this year, please fill out this form<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdmdbM0S2Agi8uPB6e3rR71ca07mXwGy-QFQfwrTiX-GfmllQ/viewform> today!

Thanks to all those who attended our BPF on Cybersecurity meeting on April 29th. You can find the recording of our meeting linked here<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/bpf-cybersecurity>, under "Meeting Planning".

In our call we invited participants to the three workstreams we have planned. If you are interested, please fill out this form<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdmdbM0S2Agi8uPB6e3rR71ca07mXwGy-QFQfwrTiX-GfmllQ/viewform> and let us know that you’d like to participate. We understand not everyone has equal amounts of time to contribute, but we are really looking for your unique perspective, experience and knowledge:

· Workstream 1, updating the BPF’s mapping of agreements, led by John Hering

· Workstream 2, testing norms concepts against internet events, led by Mallory Knodel

· Workstream 3, BPF outreach and cooperation with other IGF initiatives, led by Sheetal Kumar and Markus Kummer

The workstreams will meet separately from the larger group here, but we will have an all-BPF meeting roughly every two months, with our next one taking place on July 1st, at 6:00 UTC. Note that this meeting will be on an APAC-friendly timezone. You can already register to participate in the meeting here<https://intgovforum.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJ0ldeiurT0jHdcZojjd15uYVNRUmhCa31wh%C2%A0>.

If you’d like more information on the activities in each of the workstreams, review the high level summary here<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/bpf-cybersecurity#:~:text=The%20BPF%20Cybersecurity%202021%20on,at%20mitigating%20adverse%20cybersecurity%20events.>, or review the MAG-agreed BPF proposal here<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/filedepot_download/4904/2410>. Once you have an idea how you’d like to participate, fill out this form<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdmdbM0S2Agi8uPB6e3rR71ca07mXwGy-QFQfwrTiX-GfmllQ/viewform>, and we will reach out as the groups get underway.

Thanks,

Maarten
