This is to officially let you know that I am unable to continue serving in
the capacity of Secretary elect which would have seen me serve as LACRALO's
Secretary.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused as this decision had to be
made because of my health.
I wish LACRALO success in its future endeavors and when I am back to 100% I
would make myself available to be of service.
