 Devnet es una organización no gubernamental que provee desarrollo de las TIC 
 servicios a los que están en el lado pobre de la brecha digital. DevNet 
 thusly representa los intereses de los usuarios finales. Piense en Devnet como la versión de Guyana 
 Internauta usarios etc etc. 


 El hombre es el presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Georgetown en virtud de su
