 si se trata de eso. Un miembro individual hasta el infinito desde cualquier lugar y 
 todas partes en el recuento de ALC en un 50% en el agregado del país corresponde 
 Coeficiente. Como un ejemplo, el coeficiente de Campo últimamente es 6,67.Si 
 hay 50 de ellos hoy en día, cada uno de sus votos valdrían 6.67/50; 
 0,1334 para el conteo!
