Alex. Excelente. Si tu puedes conseguir las herramientas para hacerlo por la web en forma "decente", nosotros (AGEIA DENSI), podemos aportar muchisimos capacitadores a ese grupo ya que nos hemos esforzado por tener en cada area de la gobernanza (muy en especial en la canasta juridica) a un especialista.

De todas maneras y sin perjuicio de buscar un "issue" gancho que sea atractivo y novedoso, creo que deberiamos abordar primero (o paralelamente) la capacitacion en temas basicos como : como se compone la estructura de ICANN, explicar sobre sus diferentes comites, que hace cada uno, como estan compuestos, (aunque parezca mentira) de que se ocupa ICANN, etc. etc. etc., ya que hay muchos de los lideres regionales y titulares de ALS`s que si tu les haces esa pregunta no sabran que responder. Por ello y sin perjuicio de abordar tu idea , me parece la podriamos complementar con un curso dictado para principiantes a fin de que de esa manera se vayan integrando en la partcipacion y el compromiso con la tarea.

Hazme conocer tus proyecto y veamos como lo ponemos en practica para comenzar a dar desde las ALS`s con capacidad el outreach que estan necesitando los usuarios de la region.
