You suggested that I come on the call. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">Prior to the call I addressed the issues you told me were raised on the list. I made it clear there was no conflict of interest by addressing both issues separately there.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">But as a courtesy, I joined the call.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">I had every expectation that the end of the call was the end of the query. It appears I was wrong.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">The document you shared actually represents a backdoor process to change the Rules of Procedure at this stage of an election. As such, it is both wrong headed and out of order. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">I treated the matter as best as I could by speculating this further call was based on someone invoking Title VII, Section 24 of the RoP. I asked for the evidence and outlined the process. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">You use Eduardo Galaleano as a tag on your emails. Like you, I admire his words.
