[IDN-WG] Is this list alive?

Hi all.
I subscribed recently to this mailing list because I have some interest in Universal Acceptance and in particular on IDNs, but I am realising that this list has been inactive for quite some time.
I was wondering whether there are people who believe, like me, that this topic is still actual and whether it is worth relaunching the discussion.
I am following the work of the Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG) and I see that the issues are tackled from the technical POV. Moreover, the discussion is often limited to the DNS-related aspects, not taking into account issues related to, for instance, search engines. Last but not least, there is little that is discussed about the impact that UA - or rather the lack thereof - has on development and deployment of local content. In summary, what I reckon is that the overarching problem of the impact on users is seriously lacking.
I have more to say on this, but for the time being I am only checking whether this is the right forum for getting into details or whether something else would be more appropriate and more effective.
If somebody is interested, please let me know.
