please be so kind to find attached, the "ALAC Statement on the
Implementation of IDN Variant Top Level Domains" in response to Board
Resolution 2013.04.11.14 asking for input and guidance to be provided to
Staff for implementation of the Recommendations from the "Report on User
Experience Implications of Active Variant TLDs". This Statement was
ratified by the ALAC with 11 votes in favour, 0 against and 0 abstentions.

I trust that this Advice will be forwarded to the relevant Staff members
in charge of implementation.
