[IDN-WG] Interim Report IDN ccNSO Policy Development Process

Dear Jean-Jacques,

It is an important concern.  Perhaps Cheryl Langdon-Orr (ALAC Liaison to
the ccNSO) has some thoughts regarding what opportunities and mechanism
exists within the ccNSO processes where the ALAC could/should intervene to
ensure that the system remains fair and open.
