[IDN-WG] [ALAC-Internal] Draft Statement on IDN Fast Track Proposal v3

Hello Tina

Absolutely no misunderstandings here. Infact I didn't know that the ICANN
staff prepared the 3rd revision. What I had stated was just a finer point,
more of a comment on presentation and on the aspect of convenience for the
readers of the draft.
