Seems Bluejeans.com relies on MS technology. Any idea of how privacy-friendly that solution is?
I think if you want to have a sense when it comes to privacy or security open source is a good choice, though open source has its own unique set of issues.
https://wire.com/en/ might be a solution, though I use it, I have no idea how well this works in large meetings.
