Dear All,

During the next EURALO call on Tuesday, there will be a discussion on the suggested EURALO Bylaw modifications. Please take a couple of minutes in advance of the call to review and comment on the three suggested EURALO Bylaw modifications:

Inclusion of individual members
The two proposals for including individual members in the EURALO structure are listed at:

Modification of term limits for Board members and Officer
The three options on EURALO Board member and Officer limits are listed at:

Alignment of EURALO Board and ALAC member election cycles
The two suggested Bylaw modifications to align the EURALO Board and ALAC member elections are listed at:

The three draft modifications outlined above were identified during the EURALO GA in Vilnius. In addition to that, some suggested that EURALO should look at a more extensive revision of its Bylaws as there are some parts that are irrelevant to current practice.
