While it is a good thing to have new people in the leadership team, this does not mean that the more experienced people do not have a role to play. I am myself not in a leadership position, but still thinking that my contribution is important because the leaders can do nothing if there is not a great support by the whole community.<br>

Thanks to staff for having run the elections, and thanks to all who have voted.<br>
I do not have the actual figures i my head, but my impression is that the 20 voters - even adding the 2 abstentions - are not a brilliant result in terms of participation. I am aware that this non-voting is an issue that pervades society at large - we are likely to see this at the upcoming European elections - but in a relatively small, and supposedly motivated, community like ours it is a dangerous sign. And it links to my observation above to the community supporting the leaders.<br>
