AFAIK, each region proposes candidates, but at global ALAC level it looks me important to have complimentary profiles.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">I’m a strong supporter of diversity and inclusion, with women well represented in the Board of my ALS. I’m also part of an active group at work where I transferred the great <a href="https://media.hemsleyfraser.com/icann-diversity-inclusion-toolkit/">ICANN Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit</a> as example of inspiration, great not only by its content but also its presentation.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">In other words, I want to join ALAC, I know I’m good candidate, but at the same time I’d like to support you too in ICANN community.
