<p>The day dawns on our region where a new war has begun.</p>


<p>Our region, our peoples do not deserve this.</p>


<p>I have always fought against war and for peace everywhere.</p>

<p>After the pandemic, our region and the world did not need such a situation.</p>


<p>I know this has no direct connection with the Internet and ICANN.</p>


<p>But as President of EURALO, I cannot remain silent.</p>


<p>I would like to send my support to all our friends in Ukraine.</p>


<p>I hope that we will remain united to continue to take part in the evolutions of the Internet and its governance.</p>


<p>Our friends in Russia are not responsible for the situation.</p>


<p>And it is not my role nor that of EURALO to look for responsibilities.</p>


<p>My support goes to all the ALSes in Europe and their members.</p>


<p>Stay safe each and everyone.</p>

<p>Le jour se lève sur notre région où une nouvelle guerre a commencé.</p>


<p>Notre région, nos peuples ne méritent pas cela.</p>


<p>J’ai toujours lutté contre la guerre et pour la paix partout.</p>


<p>Je vais continuer.</p>


<p>Après la pandémie, notre région et le monde n’avait pas besoin d’une telle situation.</p>


<p>Je sais que cela n’a pas de lien direct avec Internet et l’ICANN.</p>


<p>Mais comme président d’EURALO, je ne peux rester silencieux.</p>


<p>Je voudrais apporter mon soutien à tous nos amis d’Ukraine.</p>


<p>J’espère que nous resterons unis pour continuer à prendre part aux évolutions d’Internet et de sa gouvernance.</p>


<p>Nos amis de Russie ne sont pas responsables de la situation.<br>


Et ce n’est pas mon rôle ni celui d’EURALO de chercher des responsabilités.</p>


<p>Mon soutien va à toutes les ALS d’Europe et ses membres.</p>
