Thank you for the compliment Emilia, and welcome. AFAIK, each region proposes candidates, but at global ALAC level it looks me important to have complimentary profiles.

I’m a strong supporter of diversity and inclusion, with women well represented in the Board of my ALS. I’m also part of an active group at work where I transferred the great ICANN Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit<https://media.hemsleyfraser.com/icann-diversity-inclusion-toolkit/> as example of inspiration, great not only by its content but also its presentation.

In other words, I want to join ALAC, I know I’m good candidate, but at the same time I’d like to support you too in ICANN community. It may look contradictory, but if we think family / team and global interest, it is not.

I’m wondering if for the one of us two who will not join ALAC, is there a possibility to join EURALO Board for instance?
