Thanks for sharing this Ricardo, interesting indeed. Not sure how we 
want to approach it, but just to make sure we keep the discussion on our 
radar, here's an interesting recap:

Would we want to coordinate with the CCWP-IG on how to handle ICANN 
community response? Not sure I have a strong opinion here, just curious 
what others think.
