[EURO-Discuss] IMPORTANT: ATRT3 Survey for Individuals

Me neither --- and I suspect a number of other people too, as they have
also reported that this just gives a message one needs to enable cookies
in one's browser to display this page. My browser has cookies enabled on
demand, with confirmation needed - as I suspect a lot of Europeans have.
