This looks (and sounds) amazing!

Via https://www.skype.com/en/blogs/2022-12-skype-truvoice/ :

"Today we are launching translation of Skype to Skype video calls in
real-time, using your natural voice. This means that you can have a
conversation with someone who speaks a different language, and the
translation will happen automatically, in real time, as the conversation is
taking place....

This is a huge step forward for Skype, as it* makes it possible for people
who speak different languages to easily communicate* with each other. It
also makes it easier to conduct meetings or interviews with partners who
speak different languages, as you can now have a *conversation without the
need for a translator*.

So, how does Skype's real-time translation feature work? It uses Artificial
Intelligence to automatically detect the languages being spoken during a
video call and translate them in real time. This is done using a
combination of *speech recognition technology* and *natural language
processing*, which are able to understand and interpret the spoken words
and translate them into the desired language.

On top of that, if you activate the use of your natural voice, we will use
AI to sample your words and tune the translation to sound like you, making
the conversation more human.

Translations are available for a number of different languages, including
English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and more."
