HI Roberto,
Some of us got this on Monday so I think they are sending it out in batches as for The Hague I got mine very late much after others. So I guess this time I was in the early batch of emails. 

Besides the date to return the info I do not see much wrong with this.  I think ICANN should have changed the date for the people who just got their email.  They are only asking you to approve the waiver and sign on and not book travel
