Dear Joanna,

Thank you very much for your wonderful explanation and for all your support.

Today, on March 10 2022, It is very late for Ukraine to discuss all Russian
threats to Ukrainian Internet critical infrastructure. Tomorrow, March 11
2022, it can be late to discuss all Russian threats to global Internet
critical infrastructure.

I absolutely understand that we can not discuss this issue just now in the
proper way.

But we have to include this issue into our minutes.

Kind regards,
Oksana
