[At-Large] IANA Function Review Team (IFRT) #21 meeting

 Dear At-Large and All,

The IFRT had its 21st meeting via teleconference on 26 January 2021, 18:00
UTC.  This meeting discussed the following:

--  Second Reading of Final Report’s new appendix on the Public Comment
-- The final report was approved by the Team unanimously to submit to the
Board
-- Discussion on post-mortem call
