Dear all, dear Maureen

My suggestion has been about giving people, who experienced difficulty in
getting a visa, like me, an opportunity to be engaged in At-Large work.

Instead, I see my name has been removed yesterday from ATLASIII funded
travelers list
<https://community.icann.org/display/ATLAS3/ATLAS+III+Funded+Travelers>, as
if I have not been granted the ATLASIII scholarship.

This is the first time in my life - the issue with visa, I have 27 visas in
my passports, including 2 US visas, Great Britain, over 20 Schengen, I have
traveled to Sweden a week ago and my Schengen visa has just expired the day
before yesterday. So, I have no idea, why this happened this time.

I propose once again, even if we have very few number of people with visa
problems, to give them another opportunity, for instance, at the next ICANN
meeting(s).

Thank you and best regards,

Narine
