[At-Large] Save the Date: inSIG2019 (15-17 Nov 2019) & Day 0 Events

Dear all,

The Organizing Team of India School on Internet Governance (inSIG) is
pleased to announce its fourth edition (inSIG2019, https://insig.in) during
15-17 Nov 2019, at Kolkata, West Bengal, during the Internet Week 2019
celebrations. The event, jointly organized by four ISOC Chapters (Delhi,
Trivandrum, Kolkata and Mumbai Chapters, of which three are APRALO ALSes)
is hosted by ISOC Kolkata.

As was done last year, two Day 0 events, the India Youth IGF 2019 (YIGF
2019) and the Internet Infrastructure Security Day/GFCE Triple-I Workshop,
are being organized on 14 Nov 2019 as part of inSIG 2019 (for details, pls
see https://insig.in/?page_id=26).

Fellowships are available for both international and local participants
(pls see the website for important dates and other details).
