Reading again my email it seems to me that I have not been clear enough.
Michel will still remain on the Council, as his term will end only at the end of the year 2019 - PIR is now looking for people to replace the councillors whose term has ended, which is not Michel’s case.
Sorry for the potential misunderstandings.
