[At-Large] [ALAC] Fwd: TODAY: EURALO signing MoU with CENTR at IGF Paris

There are 5 regions not exactly the same for each group but enough to allow a good level of collaboration 
5 RIR
4 (not in NA) for ccTLDs
5 RALOs
