[At-Large] Public Comment: CWG - Use of Country and Territory Names as TLDs

At-Large has been invited to provide some feedback to the  *Cross-Community
Working Group - Framework for use of Country and Territory Names as
TLDs (CWG - UCTN) *regarding the recommendations the CWG has made in their
interim report.

You can find a summary of our task and a copy of the CWG's conclusions and
the recommendations here.

It seems that this CWG has been working hard to try to create a harmonised
UCTN framework which could be applied across the ACs and SOs, but the
diversity of opinion even from within their CWG group has made this task
very difficult.
