Joly,
It is just that I am overly sensitive to some geopolitical issues.
I am just thinking back to 1998, when the Latin-Americans demanded an IFWP meeting in Latin America, because they did not feel represented in the Reston IFWP session.
However, looking at this somewhat objectively, for the Caribbean folks DC is easier to reach than Ushuaia :)
