If you are in Brazil, but attending a meeting elsewhere, please consider
joining the meeting, starting now at Workshop Room 3 ( Brazil time 14 00
hours).  Despite several messages sent out, there appears to be barely any
participation, perhaps because there are more interesting meetings
happening at the same moment, or because the outreach has not reached those
who are interested.
