Hi, thanks Maureen for forwarding the questionnaire

I concur with Evan and Christopher but I'd like to add a note.

On one side it does make sense to reserve ISO 3166-2 and 4217.

On the other side, following he tradition set by .cat 10 years ago and
some new gTLDs, (.bzh, .gal, .eus, etc) I'd propose to allow 3-char to
gTLDS for communities ISO 396 could be a bit of a guide for that.
