[At-Large] What happens in ccTLD-land if Scotland votes to secede?

Um, well, they won't be special fer sure.  So tell Salmond he must manage
expectations here.

They can join - for example -  the Cayman Islands (with .ky as its ccTLD
code) by putting a wet finger to the wind and do a eeny-meeny-miney-mo
against all the open 3166 2-char codes!
