[At-Large] R: News on the .health TLD allocation

The point that I am taking home from parminder's post is that due to the inherently global nature of the internet there is the real possibility that some drugs will be legal in some countries but illegal in others.
The generics might well be a case, but there may be others. Unless I am missing something, their FAQ does not address this possibility.
To be clear, I am not at all questioning dotHealth's good faith and good intentions, and I am extremely happy that they commit to the code of conduct they describe in their FAQ, but I do believe that, nevertheless, there will be cases that can become contradictory, and it will be interesting to see how these cases will be solved.
