[At-Large] Deadline to file an expression of interest to attend the NETmundial in Brazil

The exec committee (I'm one of the civil society members) responsible for the meeting agenda and arrangements discussed travel support and were told the hosts do not themselves have funds, but are working with a number of national/regional/international organizations to make a travel fund available.  Somewhat like the IGF model.  It's positive, some funds will be available, but at this time there are no more details.

BTW, there's a very basic FAQ available <http://netmundial.br/faq/>  If you have questions, please ask, will try to answer (working to very short timescales so sometime the answer likely to be "don't know".)

Feb 28 - last day to submit an expression of interest to attend the meeting.
