I have made adjustments to the draft as it was. The call for comments on
the draft was closed on the 7th February, 2014 but has been opened briefly
to allow for adjustment. This is an invitation and *call for rough
consensus on the current draft. *Please note that this is still in the
comment space until Staff moves this to the Final Draft space.
