Back in Sep 2012 when it came up, our African colleagues Yaovi, Fatimata
and Hawa made interventions on this list. I have not followed the issue
since. Hopefully one of them can provide better particulars.
I spoke to Hawa at BA and despite the difficulties, she was hopeful. I
hope she is still well.
