[At-Large] Message to the ALSes within At Large [Capacity Building WG]

Dear Colleagues,

The At Large Capacity Building Working Group is in the process of verifying
information and we would be grateful if you could advise us whether your At
Large Structure (ALS) is spelt correctly or if there has been a substantial
name change. We would also like to know what primary language is spoken in
your country and what the secondary languages are.

replying to this email to let us know of any corrections or additions that
we should make. Kindly note that we are in the process of adding new ALSes
that have recently joined At Large.
