[At-Large] India Internet Governance Conference underway in New Delhi

I saw a part of that, Joly.  The a/v arrangements are excellent!  Kudos to
our Indian brethren.

This particular session had some interesting moments.  The discussants went
over familiar territory; participation, the costs to participate, the
definition of groups and so on.

'Multistakeholderism' as concept came up, maybe unintentionally.  But based
on certain articulations, the understandings seem to affirm Karl Auerbach's
views.
