Thanks Carlton, Cintra and Sandra for the comments. For the record, my
suggesting "rotation" was not because I thought that the current ExCom was
not performing, on the contrary, as I stated earlier and I will state
again, they are all model ALAC members and have performed diligently,
excellent and efficiently in the course of their duties.

My suggestions were premised on the basis of giving room to others to grow
as well. On that note, I would like to withdraw my nomination for Yaovi as
he feels that his colleague Tijani will represent AFRALO well as he already
continues to do everywhere he goes.

I wish all the nominees well.
