[At-Large] RES: seeking comments from At-Large on the New gTLD applications

Hi Dev, I  saw that there are different perspectives regarding comments.  
A)  Market string with a commercial name - comments from competitors shall
not be of at large interest;
b)  Community Based Strings - Points regarding  one relevant demand  as
community support - at large group shall add its comments reinforcing the
need to any string community based shall present physical evidence of its
consultancy to a related community /around the world. Here there will be two
categories:
	i) string is applied to a small dedicated community
	ii) string is applied to a worldwide community
 for i) the related community must support with signed documents 
for  ii) physical evidence of consulting communities around the world  -
signed documents, photography, written or recorded comments 
At large  shall recommend that the string with more evidence be considered
as the best applicant.
c) Brands - I don´t see either anything to say about brands from an at large
group.

 Other colleagues may add other categories... or criticize my points..

Dear All,

The At-Large new gTLD Review Group (gTLD RG ;
https://community.icann.org/x/u7-bAQ) welcomes comments from ICANN At-Large
on the new gTLD applications received by ICANN for its New gTLD program
(http://newgtlds.icann.org/en/about).

The At-Large comments will be used by the gTLD RG to:

1) draft formal comments for evaluation panels' consideration or on
objection grounds to ICANN's new gTLD Application Comments Forum,
(https://community.icann.org/x/sxUQAg) during ICANN's Application Comment
Period which ends on September 26 2012. The deadline for At-Large comments
to be considered by the gTLD RG in time for possible submission during the
Application Comment Period is September 10 2012.

2) decide whether to draft a formal objection statement to a gTLD
application on limited public interest or community grounds for RALO’s
consideration and ALAC's during the 7 month objection period as part of
ICANN's Objection and Dispute Resolution Process which ends January 12,
2013. The deadline for At-Large comments to be considered by the gTLD RG in
time for possible consideration of objections is anticipated to be the end
of October 2012.

All At-Large comments received will be kept at the At-Large new gTLD
Applications Dashboard at https://community.icann.org/x/w7-bAQ. Visit this
