[At-Large] Happy Labour Day! [Was: Happy Labor Day!]

According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labour_Day) we 
seem to be the only ones that celebrate it on the first Monday in 
September. Most other countries later in the year or typically May 1.

In this case, it is not pride in British spellings that caused me to 
say that "Labour" is the correct spelling. The concept of celebrating 
labour started in Canada and was emulated by the US (although it is 
unclear which made it a federal holiday first).
