Dear All,

Some of you may be aware that the Caribbean will be hosting their Regional
IGF in St Lucia soon. I think the world has alot to learn from the approach
that the Caribbean is taking, remote participation is available but you
need to register via: http://www.ctu.int/cigf8     It will run from the
29th -30th August, 2012.

You may wish to arrange to stream in to the Cyber Security Session or
others to your liking.

For those interested in seeing "enhanced cooperation" in action, please
download a copy of the Caribbean Internet Governance Framework. You will
see very clear the values based engagement that is apparent in the
collaborative manner in which they are engaging.
