...certainly would be remarkable and very much welcomed.  Especially if the
Internet Society of China is synonymous with or speaks for the government of
the PRC.....or, more importantly, the CP!

Notice the terms of its involvement and approval;  EQUAL 'participation
right, information right, supervision right'......
