[At-Large] ICANN Generic Top-Level Domains (gTLD) Oversight Hearing

Hi Cintra,

Unfortunately I don't think panelists are invited according to how appropriate they are.   In politics, everything is, well, politics.   The purpose of the meeting is really to wring additional concessions for intellectual property interests, engineered I would wager by the powerful and numerous lobbyists employed by large corporations in Washington DC.  I think the last thing the house members want (especially the Republicans), is to be given the Obama administration's view on things, which might not agree with the predetermined outcome of the hearing.
