Dear All,

Congratulations to Sebastien! Hearty thanks to Alan and Perrier for your
long-time service and commitment to the community.

APRALO had a poll to guide the Chair to vote. Although there were technical
problems and two ALSes had to send in their opinions via emails, all the
opinions were equally considered and counted and Sebastien slightly won out.
I'm sure the process itself is a capacity building exercise for APRALO and
shows that we do have strong faith in the At-large director to be elected.

We wish for the more brilliant future for at-large.
